How to create a profile and profile rights

Profiles, essentially roles, serve as the foundation for defining user rights and access. As the tenant owner, you naturally enjoy full access to the system. However, you also have the authority to restrict access for other users, limiting their interactions with specific data tables.

To create a new profile, follow these steps:

1. From the left menu, navigate to Admin/User-Profile Settings/Profiles.
2. Add a new profile and proceed to the Profile Rights tab.
3. Within this tab, grant the necessary permissions for the profile using the tree items. You can provide Read, Write, or Delete permissions as needed.
