How to create folder or new data table
Data tables in this system function much like Excel sheets, with columns and rows. You can create new data tables and columns within the limits of your subscription. Folders serve as containers for organizing your data tables. Here's how to create a new folder:
- Click the Design button at the top of the screen. This button is visible to users with the Design profile right.
- Once in design mode, you can click the Plus or Move buttons from the dashboard or left menu.
- Click the Plus button and select Folder. Provide a name and click Ok to create a new folder.
- You can edit the folder's name or delete it by clicking the Edit button.
- Inside the new folder, click the Plus button again and select Table/Form. Give it a name and click Ok to create a new table.
- You can add columns to this table by clicking the Add Field button. Select Text, provide a column name, and click Ok to add the column to the table.
