Enquiries and quotations
Product enquiries and requests for quotations do not place an order. Product availability, specifications, quantities, price, applicable taxes, delivery destination, delivery charges, payment arrangements and any estimated delivery timing will be confirmed for the specific order before you decide whether to proceed.
We do not promise stock availability, delivery dates, or manufacturer-authorised reseller status unless the relevant details are expressly confirmed to you in writing for the products concerned.
Payment and delivery
The applicable payment method, payment timing, delivery arrangements and any associated charges will be provided with the order-specific quotation or written order details. Please contact us before placing an order if you need clarification about these arrangements.
Returns, faults and warranties
Any product-specific return, cancellation, fault-reporting or warranty arrangements will be explained before an order is placed or in the relevant order documentation. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, depend on the product and will be confirmed for the item concerned.
